Posting Announcements

If you have an event or special announcement that is of interest to the MAPC congregation and visitors to our web site, you may submit an email to Earl Apel, the website administrator, at the following address:

eapel@cinci.rr.com

Please observe the following guidelines in submission of your request:

  • You may include an attachment in a MS Word or PDF file or just use plain text in the body of the email message.

  • Feel free to include any relevant URLs you want to include as links.

  • Note in the email the target date for posting.

  • If your announcement is not about a one-time event, include an expiration date when the announcement should be removed.  If no expiration date is supplied, it will be removed after 30 days by default.

  • Include a contact name (person or MAPC Committee) and if desired an email address and/or phone number that may be used for inquiries seeking more information.

  • All submissions must be done at least five days in advance of the target date to insure adequate time for review by the MAPC Communications Committee that oversees this website and logistics for posting.
